10     KB Snatch (5 Each Arm)
15     Push Ups
20    Calorie Row
25    Double Under

*****If you are interested in Performing the Open Wod today, Sunday You can either do it during a class time at 8 or 9 am.
Of we’ll be doing it at 10 am as a group.  If you did it already you can always get a better score, but that’s up to you.
