Workout:

Nate
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

2 Muscle -Ups
4 Handstand push-ups
8 Kettlebell Swings  70/55

Sub for the Workout:

Muscle Ups (perform 6 Pull ups and 6 Dip OR 6 Push Ups for each Muscle Up)
HandStand Push ups (perform Handstand Push Ups off a High Box or Shoulder Presses)
Kettlebell Swings (Just go Lighter)
