For Time:
200/150 Cal. Assault Bike
Every 3:00 (including 0:00)
3 Power Snatch (135/105)
6 Overhead Squats (135/105)
Starting with the lift you need to get to 200 cals as quickly as possible.
At the 3 minute mark, stop and do the lift again.
