DB Bulgarian Split Squat
5 x 10 each leg

21-15-9
Barbell Power Snatch 95/65
Burpee over Bar

Once completing the (21-15-9) go directly into:

3 Rounds:
10 Barbell Hang Snatch (same weight)
20 Burpees
Rest 1 minute between rounds
