Power Snatch + OHS +
Hang Power Snatch + OHS
Increase weight every 2 sets

Metcon:

8 sets
10/8 Calorie Bike
8 Burpee Box Jump overs (jump over the box)
10/8 Calorie Row
Rest 1:1 b/t sets
Get through the set as quickly as possible and rest equal time
