Workout:

Superset the two:
4 sets 6-10 reps
Alternating arm KB shoulder press (starting with 2 kb’s in rack position)
Double KB Row from hinge position
Same weight for all 4 sets

Metcon:

With a partner alternate rounds for 15 minutes
10 Double KB Swing
8 Double KB Clean
6 Double KB Lunges in rack position
