Odd Min: 1 Snatch
Even Min: 1 Power Clean + 2 Hang Power Clean
Increase the weight every other set
Weight stays the same for snatch and cleans

20 Min EMOM
Min 1: 200/175m Ski
Min 2: 10 DB Step ups 50/35
Min 3: 10 DB Push press 50/35
Min 4: Rest
