COMPLETE 3 DROP SETS WITH THE SAME LEG BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE OTHER LEG
DROP THE WEIGHT THREE TIMES GOING TILL FAILURE ON EACH DROP.

TRY AND COMPLETE AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE WITH EACH DROP BEFORE MOVING ON.
