Strength:
Deadlift 5 x 3
Increase 5-10 lb

Workout:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Push presses 95/65
10 Kettlebell swings 55/35
10 Box jumps 24/20

Accessory:
1 min plank
10 Copenhagen plank ea.
10 Locked clamshell ea.
