Lorraine wanted to send you all a message, this is it, verbatim:
Hey, just wanted to express my sincerest gratitude to my Crossfit family.
The love and support I have received has been amazing, and has meant the world to me.
I go in Wednesday to begin taking care of this nonsense and will come back to see you guys as soon as I am on my feet.
Looking forward to taking some strolls with you guys while I complete this process and rehab my body back into shape.
My friends said they will need to strap me down and sedate me so I don’t try to workout. I keep asking my doc how far out until I can do a push-up again, LOL.

7 Rounds For Time
7 Handstand Push-Ups
7 Thrusters (135/95 lb)
7 Knees-to-Elbows
7 Deadlifts (245/165 lb)
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell Swings (2/1.5 pood)
7 Pull-Ups
Modify what you need to get through the workout without killing yourself.
You’re much better off lowering the weight and modifying the exercises so you’re able to keep moving through with little rest, or you can totally ignore me and move forward with annihilating yourself, so you can’t move for several days.
