Workout:

8 MIn EMOM
2 Push or Split Jerk
Increase weight every other minute

3 Rounds/ rest 2 minutes between rounds
Every minute complete:
1. Wall Ball 20/14
2. Pull up
3. Box Jump 20″
4. Push up
5 Run 200
Go hard for each minute!
