20 reps
Increase your weight by 10 lbs.
Repeat the same weight as last week if you were not able to complete all 20 consecutive reps.

1. 10 Cal Bike (Sprint)
2. 10 Swings (Heavy)
3. 10 Toes to Bar (or 20 sit ups)
