TAKE IT MEAL BY MEAL AND DAY BY DAY, IF YOU FEEL LIKE FASTING THAT DAY, THEN FAST.
IF YOU DON’T THEN DON’T.
GO BY HOW YOU FEEL, IT’S MUCH EASIER TO LIVE AND EAT THAT WAY.
