Single Arm KB Suitcase Deadlift x 10 ea.
KB Suitcase/Waiter Carry 50Ft ea.

B. 3 Sets:
Banded Overhead Tricep Extension 10-12
1-1-2 DB Bench Press x 6-8
Bench Dips x 10-12

C. Every 3 Minutes for 18 Minutes (6) sets

DB Thruster x 7 @50/35
Strict Chin up x 7
