 This is a piece written by Steve Freidman A.K.A Pagelman about his Delicious Pagel’s.
If you read it you will see the lack of effect his Pagle’s have on Blood Sugar.  Which is good news for Diabetic Peeps and people looking to stay on a low Carb or Keto diet.

This is super important, I know I say it a lot but not sure if everyone is listening.  The biggest culprit for Shoulder injury is the kipping pull up.  Not that it’s bad to do a kipping pull up but it is bad to do a Kippin pull up bad.  (it’s not how fast you mow your lawn, it’s how well you mow fast)
So if you keep your shoulder blades pinched back together you’ll be protecting your rotator cuff from constantly taking a beating by all the force of your body dropping down on them.
Just remember keep your blades back!

Skill:

Complete 1 complex every 90 seconds for 7 total

1 Hang Pull
1 Hang Power Clean
1 Hang Squat Clean
1 Front Squat
Try and do each complex without dropping the Bar

Workout:

75 Double Unders

then…
6 Rds of
5    Handstand Push ups
10  Toes To Bar
15  Box Jumps  @24/20
