Workout:

After each superset alternate with a partner for 4 sets:
Bench Press 6-10 reps
DB Pullovers 6-10 reps

Metcon:

5 Rounds every 2 minutes
5 Deadlift @255/155
10 Burpee over Bar

Move quickly through each round getting as much rest as possible.
