Crossfit Syosset/ Tuesday, October 29th

Workout:
A. Run 400
KB Single arm Bench Press x 10 (5 each side)
DB or KB Pullover x 10
Face Pulls w/band or rings x 10
Inchworm w/5 Push up x 5
Prone Swimmers x 10
Prone Shoulder Press w/pvc x 10

B. Bench Press
3 reps every 2 minutes for 5 sets
Increase 5lbs from last week

C. 20 Min EMOM (4) sets:
1 – Ski 250/175
2 – Devil’s Press x 7 @50/35
3 – Sit ups x 25
4 – Pull ups x 10
5 – Jumping lunges x 14

Who’s still eating shit? Once and a while it’s ok, as long as you are consistently eating well.
Who is still eating shit and has chronic pain?
This chronic pain is more than likely caused by what you are eating.
If you are consistently eating crap, you’re consistently going to look like crap, feel like crap, and be chronically inflamed.
This chronic inflammation causes chronic pain.
Have you ever done ONLY meat, eggs, chicken, fish and green veggies?
This will cut the inflammation down which will cause you to feel better instead of being in pain.
I know, it seems to easy to fix with nutrition.
This is because Dr’s and the medical industry has led us to believe that the only way to fix a problem is through drugs.
Don’t get me wrong, drugs have their place but in this case it’s always better to try and clean up your diet first.
Who has actually eaten well for 30 days straight?
If you have then you know how it feel, if you haven’t done this you should give it a go.
You should feel what it feels like to eat well for an extended amount of time.
