WORK ON DOUBLE’S FOR 10 MINUTES

METCON:

5 X 4 MINUTE ROUNDS
ROW 500 M
10 DEADLIFTS @275/185
5 HANDSTAND PUSH UPS
SPRINT THROUGH THE ROUND AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
PAY ATTENTION TO THE DEADLIFTS, DON’T SPEED THROUGH THEM.
