Back Squat
5 x 10
2 min intervals

Workout:

30 sec on and 30 sec off for a total of 12 minutes
Go as hard as you can for 30 seconds then rest for 30 (You need to go as hard and as fast as you can for the 30 seconds or this won’t be much)

Bike for Calories
Barbell Hang Clean and Thruster @115/75
Burpee
Swings @70/55
