PULL UP
BACK SQUAT

COMPLETE EACH EXERCISE TO FAILURE EVERY SET
CHOOSE A WEIGHT THAT ALLOWS YOU TO COMPLETE AT LEAST 15 REPS THE FIRST SET
THE REPS WILL GO DOWN AS YOU WORK YOUR WAY THROUGH.
REST AS NEEDED, AT LEAST 3-5 MINUTES BETWEEN SETS
