Snatch Balance x 5
Sots Press x 5

Every 2 minutes for (5) sets
1 Snatch
1 Hang Power Snatch
1 Overhead Squat

12 Minute Amrap
50 Double Unders
10 Toes to Bar or GHD Sit ups
10 DB Clean and Jerk @50/35
