CROSSFIT SYOSSET/ FRIDAY, OCTOBER 11TH

THIS WORKOUT IS THE FIRST WEEK OF THE OPEN WORKOUTS, WE’LL BE DOING THE WORKOUT EVERY FRIDAY AS OUR WOD.
