B. Complete Every :90 for 6 sets:
1 Hang Power Snatch
1 Hang Squat Snatch
Increase weight each set

C. 5 RFT:
50 Double Unders
3 Wall Walks
7 Power Snatch @95/65
20 Sit Ups
