BACK SQUAT
10 SETS OF 10 REPS
GRAB A PARTNER AND PROCEED, ONE PERSON DOES 10 REPS WHILE THE PARTNER RESTS
THEN WHEN THE ONE SQUATTING IS DONE THE PARTNER GOES AND SO ON AND SO FORTH UNTIL 100 REPS EACH ARE COMPLETE.
THIS SHOULD BE DONE WITH 40-50% OF YOUR MAX

35 DOUBLE UNDERS
15 TOES TO BAR OR GHD SIT UPS
10 KB SNATCH @55/35 5 REPS EACH ARM
