THIS SHOULD BE PRETTY, PRETTY DIFFICULT BY NOW. IF YOU HAVE BEEN RAISING THE WEIGHT AS YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN THIS WEEK SHOULDN’T BE EASY. IN OTHER WORDS IF YOU ARE STILL DOING 20 REPS STRAIGHT AND TAKING 30 SECONDS TO RECOVER SOMETHING IS AWRY.
BE SURE TO ADD SOME WEIGHT, IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE 5 OR 10 LBS, 3, 2 OR EVEN 1 LB IS OK TO RAISE. AS LONG AS THE 20 REPS ARE NOT EASY TO COMPLETE.
