Metcon:

Three rounds (not for time)
1 minute Goblet squat hold
10 Cossack
10 Hollow rock
1 minute plank
10 Superman
:30 Side planks (both sides)
10 Single leg glute bridge

Back squat
10 x 10 (with a partner)
The weight should be roughly 50-60% of your max weight.
Your rest period is when your partner is working.
Make sure you are not only staying braced but also set up properly for all 100 reps.
