CROSSFIT SYOSSET/ MONDAY, MAY 6TH

HOW DID EVERYONE’S BODY FAT TURN OUT?
WORSE THAN OR BETTER THAN?
AS FOR MYSELF LET’S JUST SAY I STARTED CRYING WHEN I FOUND OUT THE RESULTS.
I FELT LIKE A LITTLE PUDGY 6TH GRADER GETTING PICKED ON BY THE BODY FAT GUY, JIM.
ANYWAYS AT LEAST NOW YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE AT AND YOU CAN MAKE A PLAN TO GET WHERE YOU WANT TO BE, THIS IS WHY I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHEN PEOPLE SAY “I KNOW I’M FAT I DON’T NEED TO BE TOLD BY A MACHINE”.
THAT MAKES NO SENSE BECAUSE YOU DON’T KNOW HOW FAT YOU ARE!  SO HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS IF YOU DON’T HAVE A PLACE TO START FROM.
THAT LOGIC WOULD BE THE SAME AS SAYING “WELL, ALL THE CROSSFIT GAMES ATHLETES ARE FIT SO NO BODY WINS”
SILLY, PURE SILLYNESS.
IT’S JUST AN EXCUSE AS IS EVERY OTHER REASON FOR NOT DOING IT.

I DO THIS FOR YOU GUYS, NOT FOR ME.  SO I DON’T GET UPSET THAT YOU DONT WANT TO DO IT, I JUST DON’T UNDERSTAND IT.
BUT, I GUESS I SHOULD JUST LET IT GO AS LONG AS YOU ARE ALL HAPPY WITHOUT DOING CONTESTS.
IT WAS PURELY A WAY TO HELP WITH YOUR PROGRESS, NOTHING ELSE.
