PART OF THE PROBLEM WITH EATING WELL IS PREPARING YOUR OWN FOOD TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE IT READY WHEN YOU NEED TO EAT AND TO MAKE SURE IT DOESN’T HAVE ANY SHIT IN IT FROM A RESTAURANT
