CROSSFIT SYOSSET/ THURSDAY, APRIL 18TH

SO, HAS ANYONE TRIED USING THE “MY FITNESS PAL” APP?
ANYONE HAVE ANY SUCCESS WITH IT, OR ANY TROUBLE?
LET ME KNOW IF THERE’S ANY STORIES YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH ME THAT I CAN MENTION ON THE SITE.
I KNOW DAVE HAS BEEN DOING IT SINCE I POSTED IT AND HAS SAID IT’S SUPER EASY TO FOLLOW BEING THAT YOU CAN EAT ANYTHING YOU WANT AS LONG AS YOU POST IT AS YOUR DAILY CALORIC INTAKE.

LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE WANTED TO TRY IT AND JUST CAN’T FIGURE IT OUT, I’LL HELP WITH THAT.
