2 Thruster (Increase weight sets 2 & 5)
5 Min EMOM
2 Front Squat (Start with Thruster weight and increase)

Metcon:

3 Min Amrap with :90 rest between sets for 4 sets total:
Run 200
3 Pull ups
6 Push ups
9 Air Squat
