Power Cleans
2 reps every minute for 8 minutes
Increase weight every 2 minutes
If you’re going light for technique perform 4 reps every minute

Metcon:
With a partner complete for 18 minutes
Bike 7/4 calories
7 Burpees
6 Dumbbell Snatch (3 right/3 left)
One partner rests while the other completes a full round
