AIR SQUATS   (IF YOU HAVE YOU CAN DO GOBLET SQUATS, HUG A KNAP SACK OR WHATEVER YOU HAVE)
IN-BETWEEN THE LUNGES AND SQUATS COMPLETE 15 CRUNCHES
